Helpful hint for the kitchen #34

When you're making brownies that have a very thick batter, and it's time to add in the chocolate chips and marshmallows, don't use a wooden spoon still damp from the dishwasher. You're stronger than you think.

Awesome Brownies

1 1/8 t salt
1 2/3 C flour
1/2 C cocoa
1 C brown sugar
1 C white sugar
4 eggs
1 C oil
1 1/2 t vanilla

Mix well. Then add:
3/4 C chocolate chips
3/4 C white chocolate chips
about two handfuls of mini marshmallows

Bake at 350 in a greased 9x13 pan for about 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
